He came out promptly and had great communication with me. He was very personable and walked me through the whole process and made sure to answer all of my questions. Luckily, my roof was still in good shape, but if it needs work in the future, I know who to call. John then went above and beyond by going through the trouble of clearing out my gutters for me.
