Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Experienced in roofing or construction (preferred, but not required)
• Positive and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
• Detail-oriented and focused on safety
• Able to communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Licensed and authorized to work in Texas

Experience with sales, customer service, or scheduling is a major plus for office and client-facing roles.
